Sorry, but we do not allow pets. We LOVE pets, and have our own for you to love while here, but we do not allow guests to bring pets. We are happy to recommend a number of good kennels in the area if you decided to give your pet a vacation, too.

2025-2026 Winter Rates
Winter Rates begin Nov. 1
$80 per adult per night and $40 per child per night (ages K-12).
Winter cabins include cabins 6, 7, 11 and 16.
Cabin #6 has a $240/night minimum. Cabins #7, 11, & 16 have a $320 per night minimum.
Cabin Rental Information & Reservations Policies
Minimum Stay is 3 nights.
Check-In: 3 p.m. Check-Out – 9 a.m.
Additional Person:
Each cabin rate lists the number of people included in the base rate. Additional people may be added up to the maximum occupancy based on the following rates:
Adults – $35 per night or $175 per week. Kids ages 2-6 – $25 per night or $125 per week.
Children under age 2 stay free. Pack-n-plays and high chairs are available upon request.

Deposits Due When Reservation Is Made:
Weekly reservations: 30% of cabin rate. Short stay reservations: First night of cabin rate. PEAK SEASON LARGE GROUPS (CABINS 7, 11, 16, AND 3 OR MORE CABINS) REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, deposits are refunded ONLY if we can re-rent your cabin, on the same time basis, with a new reservation. Because we are reserving a cabin exclusively for you, you are financially responsible for your full reservation. A $100 processing fee will be retained on all refunds.
Early Departures:
To avoid misunderstandings, if you choose to depart prior to the end of your reservation, you will be charged for your full reservation.
Travel Insurance:
For your protection, we highly recommend travel insurance to help with the unforeseen possibility of needing to cancel your reservation. This insurance may reimburse you for your non-refundable payments and/or deposits. Please note that Eagle Nest Lodge is not affiliated with nor do we endorse any trip insurance providers. Midweek Housekeeping Service:
Eagle Nest Lodge offers an optional mid-week housekeeping service. Includes: bed-making, vacuum and/or wash floors, clean kitchen and bathroom. Inquire if interested.
Additional Information & Resort Policies:
- Cabin rental includes free use of canoes, sportyaks, paddleboards, paddleboats, rowboats, hydrobikes and 14′ Hobie Cat sailboat, swim rafts, beach toys and furniture, fire circles, horseshoes, children’s playground, basketball court, tennis backboard, tennis rackets and tennis balls. Amenities are free, but not guaranteed.
- All cabins have a deck, picnic table and Weber charcoal grill.
- All cabins have air conditioning.
- Free resort-wide Wi-Fi is available.
- All Cabins are non-smoking.
- Sorry, No Pets Allowed
- No fireworks allowed on resort grounds.
- Eagle Nest Lodge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
