Employment Opportunities 2024 – Now Hiring at Eagle Nest Lodge

We’re very proud of the high quality of service and customer-friendly atmosphere provided to our guests at Eagle Nest Lodge. We are seeking employees for 2024 and beyond who are customer-focused, friendly, helpful, and positive.

The two qualities we most look for in a potential employee are a positive, cheerful attitude and the ability to be flexible.

Our main season runs from May 11 through October 2. Employees are also needed to assist with the “opening-up” and the “beach/docks shut-down” of the facility in early May and through the first part of October. Please ensure you list your available start date and ending date of employment availability when you submit an Employment Application. For college and trade school students, we will work with you to determine a cooperative “start” and “ending” date dependent upon school/college schedules.

five-star-rating

“Wow! What a picture perfect MN vacation week. And we had the perfect cabin to enjoy it. We really liked being so close to the water’s edge and looking out the picture window. We spent lots of time on the water this week: early morning fishing, water skiing before noon, tubing in the afternoon and more waterskiing in the early evening. Our brains are rested from everyday stress but our muscles are sore!” — Rick & Robyn, Duluth MN
