Availability and Make a Reservation - Using our online tool, you can
check the availability of our cabins, some of which are available all
four seasons.
Resort Amenities - Boat and pontoon rental,
beach and water toys, kid's naturalist and activity programs, resort gatherings,
and more await you at Eagle Nest Lodge.
Reunions and Retreats - Consider ENL for your
next family reunion or group gathering. We have facilities to accommodate
all ages and interests: from world class fishing on Lake Winnie to relaxing
sunsets on the dock overlooking Cutfoot Sioux.
Kid's Activites - Kids are the center of activity
at Eagle Nest Lodge and often form friendships that are renewed year after
year. Our on-site naturalist program will introduce your children to the
beauty and complexity of the Chippewa National Forest, Cutfoot Sioux and
Lake Winnie, and the wildlife that surrounds us.
Seasonal Activities - We kick off each season
with the fishing opener in May, and continue the hunt for the Lake Winnie
walleye and muskie all summer long. Great hiking and biking trails begin
at our back door into the Chippewa National Forest. Canoeing, water bicycles,
kayaks and sailboats are all waiting for you to enjoy during the hot summer
days, and the autumn colors of the surrounding area can't be beat in September
and October. Cross-country skiing, hunting, and snowmobiling move in during
the early winter months, only to give way to another holiday season with
spring not too far behind.
Lake Information - The Minnesota Department
of Natural Resources, and local fishing guides provide up-to-date information
on the fishing and lake conditions of Cutfoot Sioux and Lake Winnie. Bring
your rods and reels, and you'll be sure to experience the best walleye
and muskie fishing MInnesota has to offer!
Area Attractions - ENL is just a brief drive from
the towns of Deer River, Grand Rapids and Bemidji. If you're hoping to
do a bit of shopping, test your luck at the casino, or catch a musical
or theatrical event while on vacation, you can find it in our neighborhood.
About Eagle Nest Lodge - Our family resort has
been on the shore of Cutfoot Sioux since 1924. Each summer we get to welcome
families that have enjoyed their vacations at Eagle Nest Lodge for over
3 generations. Started as a fishing camp by the Bowen family, we now provide
a full, family resort setting with activities for everyone from kids to
grandparents.
