Last week it was 80 degrees, today it’s 20. You just have to love Minnesota, never a dull moment. We wanted to wish everyone a great holiday weekend and send you some news for ENL.
Prime Weeks Still Available
We still have cabins open for many prime weeks this summer. If you have a friend who is looking for a vacation spot, please send them our way. We’ll reward you with a FREE gift! For a limited time, Eagle Nest Lodge is offering you a REFERRAL BONUS! Refer a new customer that reserves a cabin for a full week in 2007, and we will reward you with up to $100.00 in Eagle Nest Bonus Bucks! (Learn more - www.eaglenestlodge.net/bigbucks.htm)
Perfect Time for Bird Watching
Birding activity is high! We’ve been seeing a lot of our feathered friends these days and we expect more as the spring progresses. Last year we had some families come up with their bird guides in one hand, binoculars in the other and a pen to track the birds they saw. It was a great, low pressure family vacation and a fun way for kids to learn. Looking for other fun family activities, check out our online kids’ pages: http://eaglenestlodge.net/kids/index.htm.
WiFi at ENL
Good news for those who like to stay connected. We are putting WiFi in at the resort. You should be able to get online using your laptop from your cabin porch – you just have to promise no work on vacation!
New Deluxe Boat
We are pleased to announce that we have just purchased another Deluxe boat for the resort – this makes four deluxe boats. The other boats have been so popular and we wanted to make sure that families and fishers were able to access the boats when they wanted. Early season visitors will get to take the new boat out for the debut spins around the lake.
Trivia Question of the Month
